We work with each individual client to assess needs, develop trust,  and then create and implement solutions. We don't stop there, we then review results and identify gaps and  opportunities, creating a plan for the future that is respectful of the past.


Our Principal, Chris Pesotski, has worked in fund raising, financial aid, athletics enrollment management, food and beverage management and personal coaching.  He most recently served as Senior Vice Provost at West Chester University of Pennsylvania. As Vice President for Ruffalo Noel Levitz (RNL), the leader in higher education consulting,he provided strategic and tactical enrollment management advice to over 100 campuses across the country. At RNL, he was a sales and thought leader, regularly presenting at national conferences and developing relationships with clients for new and existing consulting plans. 


Previously, Chris was a leader at The University of the Arts in Philadelphia, where he and his team doubled customer satisfaction and brought in three consecutive record classes under budget.  He combined the student billing and financial aid offices to increase customer service and reduce costs.


“I have learned a great deal from my mentors in business and higher education and I enjoy sharing successful strategies with colleagues wherever I can.”  Chris has worked previously in various positions at Burlington County College, Widener University and Cabrini College.


Chris holds a M.Ed. in education from Widener University and a BA in English and communications from Cabrini University.  He is a member of the D3hoops.com Hall of Fame, an EOF Champion, and a Chair Academy graduate.  Chris won a Jasper award for co-creating a segmented marketing plan to implement the NJ STARS program.
